RAK-Sibling Love

“I know the perfect candidate(s) for your RAK #3. I am honored to present the daughters of my friend Michelle, a dear friend of mine, as potential candidates for your sibling love RAK session. Brittany graduates this spring and is planning on entering into the Aultman Hospital Nursing Program. She is an awesome big sis to Seirra. Seirra is a blessing and a joy to all who meet her. She is a multi-handicapped, miracle child who has underwent two brain surgeries in her life already. I know from experience being a big sister is quite the job but I can not imagine the level of love, patience, and unselfishness that Brittany has demonstrated in her family.

In truth, this RAK would be a blessing to their mother Michelle, who I know amidst the busyness and stress that comes with being a mom to 2 teenage girls and running back and forth to Cleveland Clinic hospital for Seirra’s numerous and ongoing health conditions, has lost all track of things like scheduling photo sessions to capture the girls as they grow. You could not choose a more deserving person to bestow your RAK session to. Michelle, with everything she has going on in her life, is the most generous person I know-she gives of her time, love, and even money freely to anyone in need. I am fairly certain she does about 3 RAK’s daily. Friend, family, or stranger-if you need a prayer, a shoulder, a late night ear to listen, food, a ride, a place to sleep, a hug, or you can’t pay a bill-she is there, no questions asked….and if she can’t help you she will find someone who will.” -Angie

The first image of baby Raymond is one of the most memorable images I have shot in a while. He was so cooperative for this shot despite some big sibling (of the canine variety) that ensued. I am guessing he is destined to be the guy that the coach gives the ball to when the game is on the line. Welcome to the world, handsome Raymond.

Mama’s Little Man

Sessions that require little direction make my job easy. Lindsey and her little man, Will, have a bond that is palpable. It is obvious that they spend lots of time playing together. The sweetness that I witnessed from Will made my heart smile.

Crisp Fall Family

Everyone talks about time flying by in relation to kids. It blows my mind that Connor is two years old. Mr. Personality has blossomed into a little boy that loves Mater and swings and feeding his doggies cheerios. Shelly and Nick: treasure these moments.

Fall 2011 Schedule and Mini Sessions

Once again, I am offering mini sessions for the holidays. The intent of a mini session to update a family portrait or grab a few shots of all the kids for a holiday card. The mini sessions will be held at various locations in Northeast Ohio to highlight the wonderful fall foliage. Sessions typically last about 15 minutes.

Investment: $300 plus applicable OH sales tax ($500 value!)
Return: 10 images will be presented in an online gallery. You will be provided the opportunity to download 4 high resolution images for personal use. In addition, you will receive your favorite image as an 11×14 print. Additional items and retouching may be purchased a la carte. Appointments must be prepaid and are nonrefundable due to the limited availability of the sessions.

November 5::Silver Creek Park

Additionally, a VERY LIMITED number of family sessions are available for the remainder of the year (time slots for newborns have been reserved.) Sessions must be completed by 11.12.11 to ensure print delivery for Christmas.

Summer Siblings

The hazy light of the last days of summer provide excellent photographic opportunities. Elli and Xavier loved chasing butterflies and each other through the fields.

This first image is my favorite as it reinforces the notion that beauty does not always come with a toothy grin.

The Homerun

Max is destined to become a sports fan as his family has a proud athletic history. His Mom and Dad wanted to create an image centered around baseball (his Dad works in baseball.) I think that we knocked one out of the park with this first image.

Beautiful Baby Ava

Newborn baby Ava is such a sweet little peanut and is as soft as she looks. She really wanted to spend the afternoon cuddled up with Mom but finally gave in the sleepies to give us some great shots. Thanks to Kelly and Joe for your patience…good things came as a result!

Introducing Dustin Jr.

Dustin Jr. will be the best dressed/accessorized baby in Ohio due to the fact that his Mom, Ashley, is the general manger of Tadpoles & Tiddlers (super cute baby store in Bath, OH.) His sweet personality shined through while he was cuddling with each of his parents. I look forward to watching this little man grow up!
